Victor Pitoiset est musicien multi-instrumentiste, compositeur de musique à l'image et arrangeur. Né en 1988, il a été formé à la Jazz Academy International, au Conservatoire Régional de Paris et à l’Université du Québec à Montréal. Il est lauréat du Concours International de Composition de Musique de Film de Montréal et a été en sélection officielle du Festival International du Film d’Aubagne pour sa Bande Originale composé sur le film "5 ans après-guerre". Son approche pluridisciplinaire et live lui a valu de nombreuses collaborations musicales aussi bien en théâtre, en ciné concert, en danse et en audiovisuel. Il se démarque par sa capacité à composer et improviser en liant la musique assistée par ordinateur, le sound design, la performance instrumentale et l’interaction avec l’image. La pièce « À bout de sueurs » pour laquelle il a co-composé et joué la musique sur scène à notamment été classé parmi les meilleurs spectacles d’Europe en 2021 par le New York Times.

He won the Montreal International Film Music Composition Competition and was in the official selection of the Aubagne International Film Festival for his Original Soundtrack composed on the Film 5 ans après la guerre . His multidisciplinary and live approach has earned him numerous musical collaborations in theater, film concert, dance and audiovisual. He stands out for his ability to compose and improvise by linking computer-assisted music, sound design, instrumental performance and interaction with image. The theater “Out of sweat” for which he co-composed and played the music on stage was ranked among the best shows in Europe in 2021 by the New York Times.
